My client came to me for help with stress, problems sleeping and she had also been having shoulder problems getting worse, as she was getting older, as she was a part time mobile hairdresser, part time waitress at a local restaurant and house wife and mother with a teenage daughter and husband who worked full time but they still had financial problems and family issues.
Although I didn't have a treatment room with a couch, I did have a room to use that was suitable for consultations that could be done in privacy as it had comfortable seating and was a quiet, light airy room that can be kept at a comfortable temperature. I was also able to use scented oils, candles, incense and crystals, which I had readily available.
Once I had found out that she didn't have problems with any oils or scents, I decided to burn Basil oil as it was said that it was good for stress and was also of the green rays vibrations which would bring peace and harmony and also help with her shoulders via the heart chakra.
During this time whilst I prepared the room, I asked her to fill in a consultation card to provide any extra information.
I then invited her in and to take a seat and make herself comfortable. We then went over her questionnaire discussing the answers if necessary. I also explained to her about the Basil oil that was burning and why and then we went through the results she would like to happen. We also discussed her lifestyle and diet and decided to use the Colour Breathing treatment, Colour Affirmations, Oils and Crystals.
I then explained about the Colour Breathing that it uses the power of thought vibrations reinforced by the effects of colour vibrations to act with positive affect on our etheric body. It works by the thought waves, which are sent out in geometric patterns from us, to cleanse negative thoughts and feelings, by breathing in the light and breathing out the negative, harmful and impure imbalances. Then the area is re balanced and cleansed and re energised and gains more positive thoughts.
I got my client to start breathing in pure white light and to actually picture the pure white light as she breathed it in and then as she breathed out to picture it was the dirty grey impurities that she was breathing out of her body. I told her to keep on doing this until she felt she was no longer breathing out grey, but breathing white in and out and she was enveloped by all white and her breath had become lighter and lighter.
Each colour has it's own wavelength and it can be used to influence the body to change it's behaviour through the Etheric body, to what is needed, depending on what is required as it removes any stagnant energy and old thoughts to positive and ones that promote a better life and health.
We decided to use the colour green, as this was for the shoulder problems and also for stress and works on the green rays via the Heart chakra. I then explained to her to picture green rays coming through the heart chakra and to breathe them in until she was surrounded by the green rays and green light. I also decided to use the Violet rays to breathe in to help with the sleeping problems. I told her to imagine breathing in the violet rays until she was completely surrounded by a violet light and it should help her sleep better at night. It was also something she could do just before she went to bed or even in bed. We then gave thanks for what we had received and I gave her a glass of water to help with removing toxins from the body
We then discussed about the colour affirmations and how they worked and I explained that they were short sentences, including the colour you require, that you say regularly during the day, but they work especially well first thing in a morning when you rise and last thing at night before you go to sleep. They raise the positivity and change old patterns and ways of thinking. I advised her to use the colour Green and Violet for the insomnia. I also advised her to maybe use Marjoram oil during the evening or before she went to bed to provide soothing vibrations to help with a peaceful sleep.
We then discussed diet and I advised her to have a light meal from the green rays foods, who's complimentary colours was blue or magenta, which include lettuce, green beans, spinach, broccoli, leeks, celery, leafy green veg, cucumber, peas, avocado's, green grapes, kiwi, blueberries, sloes, plums and fish. I also advised to drink hot chocolate or a milky drink like Horlicks at bedtimes and not tea or coffee.
We then discussed crystals as she was quite interested in them and had some and wasn't sure what to do with them. I advised her that a pink rose quartz would be very helpful put by the side of her bed as this was soothing and calming. I then advised her that she could wear them in pendants like little cages, which you can change the crystals to your preference, have them in pockets, on desks, in handbags and purses and around the house.
I advised her that green crystals would be good for her such as Jade, Adventurine, Malachite which is good for pain, Watermelon Touramaline which is green and pink, and they are all used with the heart chakra and for the green vibrations. For the Violet I recommended Amethyst as these are easy to obtain and a very good all purpose crystal
I then noted down the treatments we had done, any oils, crystals etc. that we had used for future reference, should she wish to return.
I also asked for any feedback and made a note of her comments.
She then left and I cleansed the room for the next client.
